The scope energy certification specified in national guidelines refers to the Decree of the President of the Republic No. 412/93 (see article).
In this decree does not cover the following categories, if not limited to the portion the possibly used as offices and similar, provided that the effects of separable ' insulation: B ox, Cellars, Garages, Parking buildings, deposits, seasonal structures to protect sports facilities.
